Rebecca, it&#039;s a tricky balance for a writer to find, isn&#039;t it - how deeply to delve into the cultural background...and here, with several strands of cultural heritage, what focus there is is possibly more likely to concentrate on the multicultural diversity than delving deeply into any single culture... But I&#039;m speaking hypothetically as I haven&#039;t read &lt;em&gt;Joy of Apex&lt;/em&gt; either.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I think it&#039;s helpful for kids to find stories about divorce reflecting their own family situation when they are experiencing divorce themselves. It&#039;s nice that there is a multicultural story of divorce. It would be nice if the book reflected on if being a multi cultural family contributed to the stress that is causing the divorce. Sounds like it&#039;s a great find!]]></description>
