This current issue of the PaperTigers is perhaps the most moving and the most significant that I have read yet. In a world where child soldiers are recruited and children are hired for criminal activities because their sentences are less than an adult’s would be, where juvenile violence in schools and on the streets is becoming a global issue, it is crucial to examine how children are working as positive forces to change the planet they will inherit–and this issue does that so well.
