Another organization that helps promote education and literacy is Libraries Without Borders. They are currently helping in Haiti and they generally focus in places where books are too expensive or hard to get, making sure that children have materials to read in public and school libraries. About Haiti, part of their mission is to make sure that Haiti&#039;s literary heritage be preserved, so they are not only helping the victims, but also restoring and sending books there.
