The part that I liked the most was when      he saw a little girl sprinkling water on the tiny plants. This part gave hope to the boy who was sad when the plants were destroyed.

I loved all the chapters. But the one that I loved the most is when the boy took care of the plant even if it was the only plant left to be seen. He wanted to grow that plant to contribute to the world and it did. The plant he grew was so big and long. It even covered the wires.

My favorite part is when Wangari taught the whole neighborhood how to make its own nurseries. She also gave seedlings to schools, inmates, and policemen for them to plant. I like this part because Wangari tried her best to make the neighborhood like the old Kenya.
